9/20/2023 0 Comments Diablo 3 season 19 kill streakIn the end, we spent about 30 minutes fighting this dude. ![]() He one shot kills you, which is not fun as a close range set.Fireballs will visually collide with terrain and disappear, but the hitbox continues and had killed me at least 5 times or so.Fireball Attack (where he stomps and sends out fireballs). Both my friend and I multiple times got hit while we were behind him (we really don't think it was lag). ![]() Swipes tend to extend far past where his model actually attacks.Hitbox on attacks makes no sense with where he actually hits.I counted afterwards, and I died 54 times. I have never died more to a single boss in Diablo 3 than this. Since he was new to the game and didn't have much, he just dodged as a Demon Hunter throughout our fight. I'm running a Whirlwind Barb this season, and at full buffs my toughness is about 1.4 billion, so by no means squishy in a T16 environment. Kind of interesting actually! My friend and I had cleared most of the level, so we decided to focus on the really tough Diablo that just spawned. The effect was really cool, and I thought that we'd be getting something that would help us fight (as all previous killstreak rewards have been helpful.), but it was surprisingly a really tough enemy that one shot me. ![]() Mob density was crazy, so I managed to get to the 1000 killstreak. I came across a Goblin that spawned a portal to the cow level, and we went in. My friend recently got Diablo 3 and I was playing with him, running him through the season journey while he learns. This is mostly a vent/criticism of the final killstreak reward. Spoilers ahead for what the 1000 killstreak is, before I achieved it I had no idea what it was.
